Summary
CVE-2024-1910 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting the Categorify plugin for WordPress. Versions up to and including 1.0.7.4 are impacted by this issue. The vulnerability arises due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the 'categorifyAjaxClearCategory' function, enabling unauthenticated attackers to manipulate site administrators into clearing categories via a malicious link. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to unintended content modifications on WordPress sites.
