Summary
CVE-2024-1796: A critical vulnerability affects the HUSKY – Products Filter for WooCommerce Professional plugin for WordPress. The issue, found in all versions up to 1.3.5.1, stems from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes like 'swoof_slug'. This flaw enables authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages. Upon access, these scripts will execute and potentially compromise the affected WordPress sites.
