Summary

CVE-2024-1783 is a critical vulnerability affecting the Totolink LR1200GB Web Interface version 9.1.0u.6619_B20230130 and 9.3.5u.6698_B20230810. The function loginAuth in the file /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi contains a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability, which can be triggered by manipulating the argument http_host. This issue allows remote attackers to exploit the vulnerability, and the exploit has already been disclosed to the public. The vulnerability has been identified as VDB-254574, and despite early disclosure to the vendor, they have not provided any response.
