Summary
CVE-2024-1453 is a vulnerability affecting Sante DICOM Viewer Pro versions 14.0.3 and earlier. A local attacker can exploit this flaw by getting a user to open a maliciously crafted DICOM file. Successful exploitation may result in the disclosure of sensitive information or even the execution of arbitrary code. Users are strongly advised to update to the latest version of the software to mitigate this risk.
