Summary

CVE-2024-1278 is a vulnerability found in the Easy Social Feed - Social Photos Gallery - Post Feed - Like Box plugin for WordPress. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level and above permissions to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages, leading to stored cross-site scripting. The vulnerability exists in all versions up to and including 6.5.4 of the plugin due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes. Organizations using this plugin are at risk as it can potentially compromise the integrity and confidentiality of their data.
