CVE-2024-1170 is a vulnerability affecting the Post Form – Registration Form – Profile Form plugin for WordPress. The issue lies in the handle\_deleted\_media function, which lacks necessary capability checks. As a result, unauthenticated attackers can exploit this vulnerability to delete arbitrary media files on affected WordPress sites, posing a significant risk to data integrity.
