Summary
CVE-2024-1162 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting the Orbit Fox plugin for WordPress. Versions up to and including 2.10.29 are at risk. The issue stems from inadequate nonce validation on the register_reference() function, which allows unauthenticated attackers to manipulate API keys by tricking site administrators into taking a specific action, such as clicking on a malicious link.
