CVE-2024-1049 is a vulnerability in the Page Builder Gutenberg Blocks – CoBlocks plugin for WordPress, affecting all versions up to and including 3.1.6. The vulnerability allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level permissions or above to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages using the plugin's Icon Widget. This can lead to stored cross-site scripting attacks, where the injected scripts execute whenever a user accesses an affected page.
