Summary

CVE-2024-1037 is a vulnerability found in the All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall plugin for WordPress. The vulnerability allows for Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'tab' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 5.2.5. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, enabling unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages that execute if they can deceive a user into taking action, such as clicking on a link.
