Summary

CVE-2024-0948 is a disputed cross-site scripting vulnerability affecting NetBox up to version 3.7.0. The issue is located in the processing of the file /core/config-revisions within the Home Page Configuration component. By manipulating the input with the code "<h1 onload=alert(1)>>test</h1>", an attacker may inject malicious scripts. The exploit can be initiated remotely, and the vulnerability has been disclosed to the public. However, the existence of this vulnerability is still under debate, and the vendor has not responded to reports about it. The associated identifier for this issue is VDB-252191.
