Summary
CVE-2024-0832 is a privilege elevation vulnerability affecting Telerik Reporting versions before 2024 R1. An attacker in a lower privileged role can exploit this issue by manipulating the installation package during the installation process. Successful exploitation grants the attacker elevated privileges on the underlying operating system, potentially allowing for further system compromise. Organizations using Telerik Reporting are advised to upgrade to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
