Summary

CVE-2024-0703 is a vulnerability found in the Sticky Buttons - floating buttons builder plugin for WordPress. This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 3.2.2. It allows authenticated attackers with administrator-level access to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages, leading to stored cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks. The vulnerability arises due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. However, it only affects multi-site installations and installations where unfiltered_html has been disabled. The base severity of this vulnerability is rated as MEDIUM with a base score of 4.4 according to CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:H/UI:N/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N vector string.
