Summary
CVE-2024-0575 is a newly disclosed critical vulnerability affecting the Totolink LR1200GB 9.1.0u.6619_B20230130 firmware. The issue lies within the setTracerouteCfg function of the /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi file, which can be exploited through manipulation of the command argument. This results in a stack-based buffer overflow, enabling remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. The vulnerability, identified as VDB-250791, has been made public and the exploit is currently available. Unfortunately, the vendor was not responsive to earlier disclosure attempts.
