Summary

CVE-2024-0438 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Happy Addons for Elementor plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in versions up to and including 3.10.1, allows authenticated attackers with contributor access or higher to inject arbitrary web scripts. The vulnerability lies in the wrapper link parameter of the Age Gate feature, where insufficient input sanitization and output escaping are employed. Consequently, injected scripts will execute whenever a user accesses an affected page.
