Summary

The vulnerability with the CVE ID name CVE-2024-0256 affects the Starbox plugin for WordPress in all versions up to and including 3.4.8. It is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability that occurs due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the Profile Display Name and Social Settings. This allows authenticated attackers with subscriber-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages, which will execute when a user accesses an injected page.
