Summary
CVE-2023-7070 is a vulnerability in the Email Encoder - Protect Email Addresses and Phone Numbers plugin for WordPress. The vulnerability allows for stored cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks through the plugin's eeb_mailto shortcode. This affects all versions up to and including 2.1.9 of the plugin due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes.
