Summary

CVE-2023-6990 is a vulnerability found in the Weaver Xtreme theme for WordPress, affecting all versions up to and including 6.3.0. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level and above permissions to inject arbitrary web scripts via custom post meta (page-head-code). The lack of input sanitization and output escaping makes it possible for these injected scripts to execute whenever a user accesses an affected page.
