Summary
CVE-2023-6958 is a vulnerability found in the WP Recipe Maker plugin for WordPress in all versions up to and including 9.1.0. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level and above permissions to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages using the plugin's shortcode(s). The vulnerability occurs due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. The affected products include various versions of WordPress.
