Summary

CVE-2023-6849 is a critical vulnerability found in kalcaddle kodbox up to version 1.48. The vulnerability affects the function cover of the file plugins/fileThumb/app.php and allows for server-side request forgery (SSRF) manipulation of the argument path. This vulnerability poses a potential danger to organizations as it can be exploited remotely, allowing attackers to launch unauthorized requests on behalf of the server. To remediate this issue, it is recommended to upgrade to version 1.48.04, which includes a patch (63a4d5708d210f119c24afd941d01a943e25334c).
