Summary

CVE-2023-6801 is a vulnerability affecting the RSS Aggregator by Feedzy WordPress plugin in all versions up to and including 4.3.2. The vulnerability arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, leading to Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks via the admin settings. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers with author-level permissions or higher to inject arbitrary web scripts that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
