Summary
CVE-2023-6773 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting the CodeAstro POS and Inventory Management System 1.0. The issue lies within the User Creation Handler component and specifically the /accounts_con/register_account file. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by manipulating the account_type argument with the input "Admin," resulting in improper access controls. This vulnerability allows remote attacks and has been made public, increasing the risk of exploitation. The VDB-247909 identifier has been assigned to this issue.
