Summary
CVE-2023-6580 is a newly disclosed critical vulnerability that affects the QoS POST Handler component in D-Link DIR-846 FW100A53DBR routers. The issue lies within the /HNAP1/ file and arises from the manipulation of the argument smartqos_express_devices/smartqos_normal_devices. This vulnerability enables attackers to initiate deserialization attacks remotely. Though the exploit has been made public, the vendor, D-Link, has yet to respond to disclosure notices regarding this issue, which has been assigned the identifier VDB-247161.
