Summary

A vulnerability with the CVE ID name CVE-2023-6422 has been discovered in BigProf Online Clinic Management System 2.2. The vulnerability allows for persistent cross-site scripting (XSS) through the FirstRecord parameter in the /clinic/patients_view.php page, due to insufficient encoding of user-controlled input. This can be exploited by an attacker to store and trigger dangerous JavaScript payloads on the system when the page loads. The affected product is tpncl9.
