Summary
CVE-2023-6381 is an improper input validation vulnerability in Newsletter Software SuperMailer version 11.20.0.2204. This vulnerability allows an attacker to exploit the software by sending a malicious configuration file (with SMB extension) to a user and convincing them to open it with the affected software on their local system. If successfully exploited, the attacker can crash the application when attempting to load the malicious file.
