Summary

CVE-2023-6160 is a vulnerability found in the LifterLMS - WordPress LMS Plugin for eLearning plugin for WordPress, affecting versions up to and including 7.4.2. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers with administrator or LMS manager access and above to perform Directory Traversal, enabling them to read the contents of arbitrary CSV files on the server and potentially access sensitive information. The attacker can also delete these files from the server. The vulnerability has a low base severity rating of 3.3 out of 10 and a low confidentiality impact. To remediate this vulnerability, users should update their plugin to the latest version available.
