Summary
CVE-2023-5984 is a vulnerability classified as CWE-494, which enables an attacker to upload modified firmware during a legitimate firmware update process. If exploited, this vulnerability could grant the attacker full control over the affected device. The administrative user, unaware of the manipulated firmware, initiates the update procedure, unknowingly installing the malicious code.
