Summary

CVE-2023-5613 is a vulnerability in the Super Testimonials plugin for WordPress, affecting all versions up to and including 2.9. The vulnerability allows for Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) through the plugin's 'tpsscode' shortcode, due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes. Authenticated attackers with contributor-level or higher permissions can inject arbitrary web scripts into pages, which will execute when accessed by users. This vulnerability has a base severity rating of MEDIUM and a base score of 5.4 according to [email protected].
