Summary
CVE-2023-5557 is a vulnerability affecting the tracker-miners package. This issue involves a sandbox weakness which allows malicious files to execute code outside of the intended sandbox. For this exploit to occur, the tracker-extract process must first be compromised by another vulnerability. This vulnerability poses a significant risk and requires prompt remediation to prevent potential code injection attacks.
