Summary
CVE-2023-5468 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Slick Contact Forms plugin for WordPress. This issue, occurring in versions up to 1.3.7, allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to inject malicious scripts. The vulnerability is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes in the 'dcscf-link' shortcode. Successful exploitation leads to the execution of these scripts whenever an affected page is accessed.
