Summary
CVE-2023-5355 is a vulnerability affecting the Awesome Support WordPress plugin. Prior to version 6.1.5, the plugin does not properly sanitize file paths when deleting temporary attachment files. This issue enables a ticket submitter to delete arbitrary files on the server, potentially leading to data loss or unauthorized access. WordPress users are advised to update to the latest plugin version to mitigate this risk.
