Summary
CVE-2023-52773 is a vulnerability affecting the Linux kernel's drm/amd/display component. A NULL pointer dereference was identified in the amdgpu_dm_i2c_xfer() function. This issue occurs when ddc_service_construct() is called, and the pin or link is not set properly, leading to the failure of the amdgpu_dm_i2c_xfer() call. The vulnerability has been resolved.
