Summary
CVE-2023-51889 is a stack overflow vulnerability affecting the validate() function in Mathtex version 1.05 and earlier. An attacker can exploit this issue by crafting a malicious string in the application URL. Successful exploitation leads to arbitrary code execution, posing a significant security risk.
