Summary

CVE-2023-51740 is a vulnerability that exists in Skyworth Router CM5100, version 4.1.1.24. It occurs due to the transmission of authentication credentials in plaintext over the network. This vulnerability allows a remote attacker to eavesdrop on network traffic and extract the username and password from the web interface (Login Page) of the affected system. The vulnerability has a base severity rating of HIGH and a base score of 7.5 according to [email protected].
