Summary
CVE-2023-51737 is a vulnerability affecting the Skyworth Router CM5100 in version 4.1.1.24. This issue arises from inadequate validation of user-supplied input, specifically the Preshared Phrase parameter, at the web interface. A remote adversary can leverage this flaw by introducing specially crafted data to the vulnerable system's web interface. Successfully exploiting this vulnerability enables an attacker to execute stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks on the targeted system.
