Summary
CVE-2023-51735 is a vulnerability affecting the Skyworth Router CM5100, specifically versions prior to 4.1.1.24. This issue arises from inadequate input validation for the Pre-shared key parameter in the router's web interface. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by delivering crafted input through the web interface, leading to Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks. Successful exploitation enables the attacker to inject malicious scripts into the targeted system and potentially gain unauthorized access or manipulate user data.
