Summary

CVE-2023-51651 is a vulnerability that affects the AWS SDK for PHP, specifically version 3 prior to 3.288.1. This vulnerability allows for a URI path traversal when making requests to S3 object keys and/or prefixes containing a Unix double-dot. The issue occurs in the 'buildEndpoint' method of the RestSerializer component, which relies on the Guzzle Psr7 UriResolver utility.
