Summary
CVE-2023-51437 is a timing discrepancy vulnerability affecting the Apache Pulsar SASL Authentication Provider. An attacker can exploit this issue to forge a SASL Role Token, bypassing signature verification. Users running Pulsar versions 2.11, 3.0, and 3.1, including Brokers, Proxies, Websocket Proxies, and Function Workers, are advised to upgrade to the patched versions 2.11.3, 3.0.2, and 3.1.1, respectively.
