Summary
CVE-2023-51389 is a vulnerability affecting Hertzbeat, a real-time monitoring system. The issue lies in the `/define/yml` interface where SnakeYAML is utilized as a parser for YAML content without proper security configurations. This configuration omission results in a YAML deserialization vulnerability. The vulnerability has been resolved in version 1.4.1 of Hertzbeat.
