Summary

CVE-2023-50774 is a cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in Jenkins HTMLResource Plugin 1.02 and earlier. This vulnerability allows attackers to delete arbitrary files on the Jenkins controller file system. The affected products are 't5UtKw' and 't5UtKv'. To remediate this vulnerability, users should update the Jenkins HTMLResource Plugin to version 1.03 or later. This vulnerability poses a high potential danger to organizations as it can lead to unauthorized file deletion, compromising the integrity of the system. The base severity score is rated as HIGH with an exploitability score of 2.8 according to [email protected].
