Summary

CVE-2023-5051 is a vulnerability found in the CallRail Phone Call Tracking plugin for WordPress. This vulnerability affects versions up to and including 0.5.2 of the plugin. It is classified as a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability, which allows authenticated attackers with contributor level and above permissions to inject arbitrary web scripts that execute when a user accesses an injected page. The vulnerability is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on the 'form_id' attribute provided by the user. There are 90 known instances of this vulnerability.
