Summary

CVE-2023-50358 is an OS command injection vulnerability that affects several QNAP operating system versions. This issue allows users to execute commands via a network, potentially leading to serious security consequences. The following QNAP versions have been patched to address this vulnerability: QTS 5.1.5.2645 and later, QTS 4.5.4.2627 and later, QTS 4.3.6.2665 and later, QTS 4.3.4.2675 and later, QTS 4.3.3.2644 and later, QTS 4.2.6 and later, QuTS hero h5.1.5.2647 and later, QuTS hero h4.5.4.2626 and later, and QuTScloud c5.1.5.2651 and later. It is strongly recommended that users update their systems to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
