Summary
CVE-2023-49992 is a recently disclosed stack buffer overflow vulnerability affecting Espeak-ng 1.52-dev. The issue lies within the RemoveEnding function in the dictionary.c file. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by providing specially crafted input to trigger the buffer overflow, potentially leading to code execution and system compromise.
