Summary

CVE-2023-49842 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the wpexpertsio Rocket Maintenance Mode & Coming Soon Page. The flaw, which allows Stored XSS, occurs due to improper neutralization of user inputs during web page generation. This vulnerability can be exploited by attackers to inject malicious scripts into a webpage, enabling them to steal sensitive information or take control of user sessions.
