CVE-2023-49652: A permission issue was discovered in the Jenkins Google Compute Engine Plugin 4.550.vb_327fca_3db_11 and earlier versions. Attackers with global Item/Configure permission, but lacking Item/Configure permission on specific jobs, can misuse incorrect checks and enumerate system-scoped credentials IDs in Jenkins.
