Summary

CVE-2023-4960 is a vulnerability affecting the WCFM Marketplace plugin for WordPress in versions up to and including 3.6.2. The vulnerability is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) issue that occurs due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level and above permissions to inject arbitrary web scripts that will execute when users access the injected pages.
