Summary
CVE-2023-49465 is a newly discovered vulnerability affecting Libde265 version 1.0.14. The issue lurks in the "derive_spatial_luma_vector_prediction" function located at motion.cc. This vulnerability is of the heap-buffer-overflow type, allowing attackers to potentially inject malicious code and gain unauthorized access to system resources.
