Summary

CVE-2023-49126 is a newly discovered vulnerability affecting all versions of Solid Edge SE2023 prior to V223.0 Update 10. This issue arises due to an out-of-bounds read issue in the affected applications. It occurs during the parsing of specially crafted PAR files, which enables an attacker to read data beyond the allocated memory structure. By exploiting this vulnerability, an attacker can execute arbitrary code in the context of the current process.
