Summary
CVE-2023-49125 is a newly discovered vulnerability affecting Parasolid V35.0 through V36.0, as well as Solid Edge SE2023 and SE2024. These applications contain an out-of-bounds read issue while processing specially crafted XT format files. Despite the boundary of the allocated structure being exceeded, an attacker can still read data beyond it, potentially leading to code execution in the context of the current process.
