Summary
CVE-2023-49094 is a vulnerability affecting Symbolicator, a symbolication service for native stacktraces and minidumps with symbol server support. An attacker can manipulate Symbolicator by using a crafted HTTP endpoint to trigger it to send arbitrary GET HTTP requests to internal IP addresses. If the attacker has an account on the Sentry instance, they may receive the response, potentially gaining unauthorized access to internal resources. The issue has been resolved in the release 23.11.2.
