Summary
CVE-2023-48848 is a newly discovered vulnerability affecting ureport version 2.2.9. This issue permits a remote attacker to arbitrarily read files on the server by inserting specially crafted paths. By exploiting this vulnerability, an attacker can gain unauthorized access to sensitive data stored on the affected system. This can lead to potential data breaches and information disclosure. It is recommended that users upgrade to the latest version of ureport to mitigate this risk.
